INSTIGATOR CABERNET SAUVIGNON 750 ML
Deep purple color and dominant mixture of blackberry, plum, and blackcurrant aromas with spices, black and chilli pepper, and a bit of cedar. Sour at the very first with high acidity like unriped blueberry, medium-high but smooth tannin, bold, and full body. It feels too sour at first but settles down with a little bit of residue sweetness from berry notes and ends with a bit of bitterness from oak, tobacco, and minerality. All balances well that shows good quality C.B., though it needs breathing cause of acidity.
